Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Velandoria ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Velandoria provides smart home automation installation and setup services, including but not limited to:

  • Smart lighting installation and configuration
  • Security system setup and integration
  • Climate control automation
  • Entertainment system integration
  • Voice assistant setup and training
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

Service Terms

Consultation and Quotes

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

Installation Services

Installation services will be scheduled at mutually agreed upon times. We require reasonable access to your property and cooperation to complete installations. You are responsible for ensuring that your property's electrical systems meet the requirements for the equipment being installed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We warrant that our installation services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you experience issues with our installation work within the warranty period specified in your service agreement, we will remedy the issue at no additional charge.

Equipment Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We will assist you in processing warranty claims for equipment we have installed.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions in your property
  • We are not liable for failures of third-party products or services

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
  • Maintain your smart home equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Keep login credentials and security information confidential
  • Notify us promptly of any issues with installed systems
  • Allow us reasonable access to your property for service calls

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled service may receive a full refund of deposits
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
  • Work already completed is non-refundable
  • Custom-ordered equipment may not be returnable

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Velandoria or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

Third-Party Services and Products

We may recommend or install third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the performance, warranty, or support of these third-party offerings. Your use of third-party products and services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
